To register, please fill in the registration form by hand and fax or mail it to the "Touristik Centrale Mainz/Q2004".

The registration fee before March 15, 2004 is 340,- Euro. 
From March 16 to April 15, 2004 it is 390,- Euro.
Deadline for Registration: April 15, 2004.

Registration fee includes: Conference participation, two luncheons, wine reception, Rhine river cruise & dinner and conference proceedings

Guest person's fee: 50,- Euro includes: wine reception and Rhine river cruise & dinner

Full day Training courses on May 24, 2004: 100,- Euro
Course fee includes participation and one luncheon

Forms received without payment will be returned. All payments should be made in Euro. Options for payment are bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations received by April 15, 2004 will be refunded less 100,- Euro. Requests received after April 15, will not be honoured.
